Retirement Community Looking for a Talk About Bees

I'm looking for someone to come in and talk about bees. We are a retirement community located in North Everett. Our theme for the month of February is all Things Royal The King and Queen of Hearts. I thought talking about hives and their queen bees and all the other things that go along with saving the bee population would be appropriate. I think this is a great idea. I'm afraid I don't know anyone in your area personally but you might try contacting someone on this list of beekeepers: Washington Beekeepers

You might also try talking to a beekeeping club near you: Washington Bee Groups

Another possibility might be your state apiarist who you should find on here: State Apiarists

I applaud any idea which promotes the education of people in the habits of the honeybee
