Google Wave for Beekeepers

You may not have come across Google Wave, the new innovation from Google. The Wave is a lot like an interactive email crossed with instant messaging. Maybe like an email on steroids. Once it's widely adopted I can see so many exciting possibilities. Below is an embedded Wave on the subject of beekeeping, anyone who is a participant can edited or add content, much like a forum, but this all happens in real time.

At the time of writing it is still in the pre-release stage and only available to those who have received invitations. If you haven't heard about it I suggest you view the video below. This is an abridged video of the 80 minute version covering the many features in more detail which can be seen by clicking here.

If you're not lucky enough to have received an invitation yet, click here to go to Web Wave Update to find out more about Google Wave and request an invitation, and cross your fingers.

If you're a Wave subscriber you can login below, or at Googlewave.com and join in the discussion.

Why are you excited about Google Wave?

Not everyone will be able to subscribe to Google Wave yet but if you've watched the videos I'm sure you have an opinion. I'm very excited, even now it seems the possibilities are endless and I want you to share your ideas.

How will you use Google Wave?
